Eligibility Criteria
- Must enroll as a full-time, degree-seeking student at a U.S. accredited university in Fall

- Exhibit financial need, as shown by FAFSA SAR or substitute documentation
- Must be a U.S. citizen, resident, or foreign national
Application Process
- Complete the Foundation 649 Scholarship application form by March 1st
- Submit a FAFSA SAR or alternate financial documentation (e.g., W-2, 1099)
- Respond to the application essay prompt (1000-word maximum) describing your community’s unique contribution to the AAPI experience; alternative media submissions are also accepted
- Participate in a video call interview if selected as a finalist
