The Frank E. Rogers Scholarship for Agricultural Studies provides financial support for graduating seniors of the Carl M. Small Regional Agriculture Center of Southington High School who are pursuing a college degree in agricultural food production. Future graduates who meet the criteria will be invited to apply each spring. Students who receive the scholarship may apply for renewed funding in their second, third and fourth years if they are attending college full time and pursuing a degree in agricultural studies as it related to food production.
