Since awarding our first $500 scholarship in 1987, the Saginaw Community Foundation has awarded more than $8 million in scholarships. The Frank N. Andersen Memorial Scholarship is given in memory of longtime Saginaw philanthropist Frank N. Andersen. To be eligible for the Frank N. Andersen Memorial Scholarship, applicants must be Saginaw County high school seniors with 2.75 GPA, undergraduates with 2.5 GPA (enrolled full-time), and Saginaw County residents. Preference is given to students attending a Michigan school. Dollar amounts will vary.
