Fresno Pacific University's new Mennonite Brethren Scholarship will award up to $4,000 per year, up to four academic years, for first-time freshmen and transfer students enrolling in Fall 2022 or later. The scholarship applies to tuition only, not to fees or room and board costs, and will be applied before any institutional need-based aid is awarded. The application steps are as follows: (1) Apply and be admitted to Fresno Pacific University; (2) Submit an MB Church Membership / Attendance Form to the Student Financial Services (SFS) Office by July 15 for fall or December 1 for Spring; and (3) Enroll full-time in FPU’s traditional undergraduate program.
To be eligible, applicants must: attend a Mennonite Brethren church and submit an MB Church Membership / Attendance Form to the Student Financial Services (SFS) Office; and be a first-time freshman or transfer student, enrolled full-time in FPU's traditional undergraduate program (does not apply to graduate or degree completion programs) for Fall 2022 or later. The scholarship and any other institutional awards may not exceed the amount of tuition nor financial need and will not be refunded back. Students must notify SFS if they withdraw their membership or quit attendance at an MB church. Any remaining undisbursed funds for the current academic year and future awards will be canceled.
