The Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated National Scholarships support women pursuing higher education and career advancement. Through the National Undergraduate Scholarship and the National Elevation Scholarship, the organization promotes access to education and recognizes leadership and community involvement. These scholarships are available to ambitious women seeking financial assistance to attain a career-changing opportunity and/or improve their economic status.
Scholarship Details
- Two scholarship opportunities available
- Award amount: $2,500 each
- Applicants may apply for only one scholarship
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be female
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Must demonstrate community involvement and leadership
Application Process
- Complete the scholarship application and select one program.
- Submit two professional recommendations.
- Provide academic transcripts.
- Submit an acceptance letter if not currently enrolled.
- Provide proof of community involvement.
- Write and submit a 300–450 word essay.
- For Elevation applicants, include a resume and certification cost details if applicable.
Each scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $2,500. Women who exhibit leadership skills and community involvement are encouraged to apply. Please note, applicants may only apply for and will only be considered for one National Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated scholarship.
