Eligibility Criteria
- Must reside within the GVTC residential service area (ILEC or CLEC)
- Home address must subscribe to at least one GVTC residential service (Internet, Phone, or Video)
- Residency and GVTC service subscription must be active at the time of application and award
- Must attend a public, private, or home school for at least two academic years
- Must be a high school senior planning to enroll in a post-secondary institution within one year
- Must apply and be accepted to an accredited college or university at the time of funding
- Must maintain a GPA of 85 or higher during junior and senior years
- Must hold or have held a leadership position in a school, club, committee, or activity
- Must demonstrate leadership qualities that have positively impacted the community through innovation or technology
