The mission of HBCU Week is to encourage high-school aged youth to enroll into HBCU’s, provide scholarship dollars for matriculation and sustain a pipeline for employment from undergraduate school to corporate America. This scholarship is open to students entering an HBCU and working towards a bachelor’s degree. Applicants will have to provide proof of acceptance into a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) to qualify. Students should be studying applicable majors.
Applicants must: Complete and submit application their application; Provide their most recent, verifiable high school transcript (Subject to authentication); Provide proof of acceptance at an Historically Black College or University (HBCU); Be a citizen or legal permanent resident of the United States; Complete or have completed high school with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (unweighted) and be entering their freshman year of college.
