To apply for the Jennie (McDowell) and Harlan Layton Scholarship-Lancaster Co, applicants must be a current graduating senior of a public school in Lancaster Co (or a GED recipient), be planning to attend any 2 or 4- year qualified nonprofit college and demonstrate financial need. Besides completing the application, applicants must also submit their transcripts and the first page of their FAFSA report.
