The John J. Bologna Memorial Scholarship program will award one or two scholarships annually to graduating high school seniors from the Alle-Kiski Valley, who is a solid student and a high school athlete. The Bologna family is responsible for selecting all awardees.
Scholarship Details
- Annual awards of approximately $1,000.
- Open to high school athletes with strong academic records.
- Intended for students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduating senior from an Alle-Kiski Valley high school.
- Enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited university (online colleges not considered).
- No specific major required.
Application Process
- Complete the scholarship application with all required attachments.
- Ensure delivery of the completed application and attachments to the Allegheny-Kiski Health Foundation by June 30th.
All scholarship awards are provided by check to the educational institution’s financial aid office and made payable to both the institution and the student. All awards MUST be used for tuition, tuition-related fees, room & board (only when provided by the educational institution), books, and other mandatory educational expenses.
