The Jordan & Cara Odo Leadership Scholarship supports graduating high school seniors in Hawaii who demonstrate leadership skills, a commitment to their communities, and a desire to make a positive impact on the islands. This scholarship provides financial assistance to students as they pursue higher education and continue to contribute to the betterment of Hawaii.
Scholarship Details
- Must be expecting to graduate from a Hawaii high school in May or June
- Must be planning to attend a two- or four-year college or university in the fall
Eligibility Criteria
- Demonstrate intent to stay in or return to Hawaii
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Engage in extracurricular activities, preferably those showcasing leadership skills and interests
- Other factors that align with the goals of the Foundation
Application Requirements
- Submit a résumé
- Write a 300-word essay
- Write a personal statement (500 words maximum)
