Each year, the Junior Service Club (JSC) of Edwardsville and Glen Carbon, Illinois awards 1 scholarship of $5,000 to an outstanding female high school senior in the District 7 region. This scholarship aims to uplift women involved in public service in Edwardsville and Glen Carbon.

- High school senior
- Residence in the District 7 region (Edwardsville and Glen Carbon)
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Planning to attend college upon high school graduation

The Junior Service Club was founded in 1938 to celebrate women committed to volunteering and community service. Service projects include fundraising and mutual aid initiatives for local families, mentoring young women in the community, and the establishment of parks and community centers across the Edwardsville and Glen Carbon region.
