To be eligible for the Korean American Scholarship Foundation-Northeastern Regional Chapter, applicants must be of Korean ancestry (or a student from Korea), demonstrate financial need, have a 3.0 GPA, and be a full time student at a school in one of the designated Northeastern region states (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont) during the upcoming school year.
