Applicants for the Edith Lawrence and Frances Lawrence Teller Vocational Student Scholarship must be enrolled in an accredited vocational or trade school, pursuing certification in a specified area. In order to apply students, must: be enrolled or accepted and planning to attend next term; live and attend school in Los Angeles County; and meet the application requirements.
A variety of scholarships are available every Fall and Spring term. Students can apply to up to two scholarships and re-apply every semester. Funding is distributed directly to the schools on the following school term. Funds are paid in full and are not fee-specific. Students in their last term are not eligible to apply. The Student Aid Report is no longer required to demonstrate financial need. Financial need will be determined based on essay.
