The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston is offering multiple scholarship opportunities for the upcoming academic year to U.S. and Canadian students of Greek descent or Greek Orthodox faith.
Scholarship Details
- Four Charles C. Condes Memorial Scholarships valued at $8,000 each
- Two St. George's Hellenic Benefit Society of Tsamantas Scholarships valued at $7,500 each
- Scholarships are one-time awards
- Awarded to undergraduate students entering their second, third, or fourth year of study
- Award ceremony will be held at the Metropolis Ministry Awards Banquet on June 8th
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Must be of Greek descent or Greek Orthodox faith
- Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate two- or four-year degree program at an accredited college or university in the U.S. or Canada
Application Process
- Visit the Metropolis of Boston Scholarship Portal to access the application form.
- Complete the application form and provide all requested materials.
- Submit your completed application by April 14th.
- The Metropolis Scholarship Committee will evaluate applications and inform candidates of the results in May.
- The scholarship recipients will be recognized at the annual Metropolis Ministry Awards Banquet on June 8th.
