Mildred Culbert Kelly and Fred W. Kelly never had children, but they were generous with contributions of time and talent to church and community groups that focused on youngsters. Mildred Culbert Kelly and Fred W. Kelly’s legacy continues to assist youth with scholarships for students who might not otherwise obtain a college or vocational degree. Applications run from November 1 until the due date.
To be eligible for the Mildred Culbert Kelly & Fred W. Kelly Traditional Student Scholarship, applicants must: be a graduating high school senior; have a minimum 2.5 GPA; be pursuing an undergraduate degree or Career and Technical Education (CTE) training (skilled trade/vocation); be a Saginaw County resident; and demonstrate financial need. Dollar amounts for this scholarship will vary.
