Essay must be a maximum of 500 words, typed in 12-point font, double-spaced and must respond to this prompt: Explain the importance of Miss Utility/District One Call and how it could relate to the career path you plan to pursue in the future. Review your essay for clarity and errors before you submit it with your application.
The high school transcript must be submitted but it does not need to be official. Please save it with a file name starting with your first initial and last name, e.g., JSmith_transcript.pdf. If needed, high school transcripts may be submitted by mail. Materials submitted by mail must be postmarked no later than the due date, enclosed in an envelope labeled with the applicant’s full name, school and zone.
