Scholarship Details
- Scholarship award is $1,000 annually
- Scholarships may be awarded for up to four years
- Funds may be used for tuition, room and board, books and lab fees
Eligibility Criteria
- Be enrolled in, accepted to, or have applied to a health career program at an accredited higher education school in the United States, including a college, university, technical school or trade school
- Eligible programs include certificates, degrees and diplomas
- Eligible programs include various nursing, healthcare-related and pre-med studies
- Meet at least either a 3.0 grade point average, an ACT score of 21 or an SAT score of 1060
- Demonstrate financial need
- Vandalia Health northern region employees and their children may apply, regardless of residence
Application Process
- Confirm that you meet at least one of the required scholastic minimums and demonstrate financial need
- Complete and submit the scholarship application
- Complete the Mon Health Payment Request Form
- Complete the Scholarship Agreement
- Submit all required application materials according to the application instructions
