Through the National Corrugated Steel Pipe Association (NCSPA) the corrugated steel drainage industry is proud to announce the launch of the NCSPA Education and Research Institute (NERI) and the establishment of three (3) scholarship opportunities for the coming academic year. Under the oversight of the NCSPA Education Subcommittee and Regional Presidents Council, the NCSPA will award three (3) separate scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each; the Robert E. Hall Memorial Scholarship, Donald L. Bibey Memorial Scholarship, and Doyle F. Johnson Memorial Scholarship.
Scholarship Details
- Three $2,000 scholarships available for the coming academic year
- Robert E. Hall Memorial Scholarship: For students enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
- General Scholarships: For students entering their junior, senior, fifth, or master’s degree year in the fall
- Supports students pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or Land Surveying
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited U.S. college or university
- For the Robert E. Hall Memorial Scholarship:
- Must be enrolled in an ABET-accredited Master’s program in Civil Engineering or related field
- Alternatively, must have a Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program
- For General Scholarships:
- Must be entering junior, senior, fifth, or Master’s degree year in the fall
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or Land Surveying

- All scholarship applicants must submit complete applications directly to the NERI office by February 28th
