The New Mexico Tech Transfer Scholarship is offered to incoming transfer students. Eligible applicants must have 30 credits and a 3.0 GPA. In order to be renewed, recipients must register for a minimum of twelve credits. Scholarship eligibility is reviewed yearly at the end of the spring semester. (If a student attends summer school, eligibility will be reviewed again at the end of the summer semester to ensure GPA requirements are maintained.) In terms of the deadline, applicants must be admitted by April 1 for Fall or by November 1 for Spring.
Eligible students are offered one merit scholarship upon entering New Mexico Tech. All merit scholarships for incoming students require the student to be enrolled full time (12 hours or more per semester). Students must be pursuing their first Bachelor's Degree in order to be eligible, and must transfer from a U.S. college or university. International Undergraduate Students: You may qualify for one of the following transfer scholarships only if you can show that you are maintaining legal F1 or J1 student status.
