Opus College Prep

The Opus Scholars and Leaders Scholarship is an achievement and merit-based prize offered to high school students. The Opus Scholars and Leaders Scholarship is a new scholarship offered in the current academic year for all high school students entering these grades within the United States.

Scholarship Details

• Availability: The scholarship is newly introduced in the current academic year.
• Application Opens: June 1
• Priority Deadline: June 15
• Regular Deadline: October 1

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Grades: Open to high school students entering 10th, 11th, or 12th grades.
• Academic Excellence: Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Dedication and Impact: Awards recognize students' dedication and impact within their families, schools, or communities.
• Background and Need: Awards are offered without regard to student background or financial need.

Application Process

1. Application Period: The application is available from June 1st to October 1st for students entering 10th, 11th, and 12th grades in the fall.
2. Submission Deadline: Applications must be completed and submitted online by the deadline of Midnight EST on either June 15th or October 1st.
3. Semi-finalists and Finalists: 25 students are selected as semi-finalists, with 2 finalists receiving the 1st Distinction and winning $5000 each.
