Each year, PBWC is proud to honor female, California high school seniors with academic scholarships. Since 2003, PBWC has awarded over half a million dollars in scholarships to deserving young women.

- Resident of California
- High school senior
- Enrolled in an undergraduate academic program at an accredited college or university
