Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a dependent child, age 24 or under, of a regular full-time or part-time PepsiCo employee
- Eligible employees must be actively employed in good standing or on approved leave of absence
- Executives in LG4 and above roles and eCommerce employees in C2 and C1 roles are not eligible
- Dependent children include natural, legally adopted, or dependent stepchildren primarily supported by the employee
- Applicants must be high school seniors, graduates, or current undergraduates enrolling full-time in an accredited institution
- Must be pursuing a first undergraduate degree
