Scholarship Description

The PGA of America REACH Foundation the 501(c)3 of PGA of America, has established a scholarship program to assist students intent on pursuing PGA of America Membership. These $8,000 scholarships are designed to improve the recruitment and retention of talented and motivated students from diverse and historically underrepresented backgrounds, who are pursuing PGA Membership through PGA Golf Management University Programs nationwide.

Scholarship Details

  • $8,000 scholarship award for the coming academic year
  • Up to twenty scholarships awarded annually
  • One award designated for a top candidate with international interest or experience
  • Scholarships are not renewable, but recipients may reapply in future years if eligible
  • Awards are for undergraduate study only

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a high school senior, high school graduate, or current undergraduate student
  • Must plan to enroll full time in a PGA Golf Management degree program
  • Must attend one of the 17 accredited PGA Golf Management Universities
  • Must intend to pursue PGA of America Membership

Application Process

  1. Confirm enrollment plans at an accredited PGA Golf Management University for the coming academic year
  2. Complete the scholarship application through the designated application platform
  3. Provide all required academic and personal information for review
  4. Submit the completed application by the stated deadline

If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an $8,000 award. Up to twenty (20) awards will be granted. Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
