Scholarship Description

The Pickard Scholarship Fund was established at The Dallas Foundation in 2004 to support African-American male students in Dallas County. Founded by Dr. Pickard, an optometrist and founder of the Pickard Eye Clinic, the scholarship reflects his belief in "passing it on" by helping others succeed. This scholarship aims to empower students and encourage them to give back to their communities.

Eligibility Criteria
