Scholarship Description

Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation Scholarship is intended to support students interested in pursuing a post-secondary education focused on printing technology, printing management, graphic communication, packaging, or publishing

Eligibility:

To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have a 3.0 GPA or better
  • Applicant is, or will be, enrolled in a printing or graphics program at a technical school, college or university within the United States.
  • Must be pursuing a career in printing technology, printing management, graphic communication, packaging, or publishing.

Application and Selection Process:

  • Your official transcripts or a copy of your official transcripts must be submitted through the application site or sent to PGSF.
  • Scholarship candidates are reviewed based on academic achievements, recommendations, academic honors and extracurricular interests.
  • Scholarships are not awarded for part-time study or for online-only programs.
  • Two recommendations are required. Simply provide their email address and we will contact them for you. (Please give your referral enough time to submit before the application site closes).

Applications are evaluated and judged during May and June and recipients will be notified in July and August prior to the school year.

Scholarship awards vary in amount from $1,000 to $5,000 per academic year, in most cases, for up to four years. PGSF students may post their résumés on printworkers.com for those who are seeking internships, part-time, or full-time employment. PGSF Staff will determine the amount of each scholarship. The amount of the scholarship is not made public. The award will be paid in a lump sum directly to the college financial aid office, in the student’s name. The college will be authorized to draw upon the grant for payment of tuition and other fees.
