Scholarship Details
- Three scholarships awarded
- Award amount: $2,500 CAD each (approximately $1,800 USD)
- Focus theme: Disaster Response & Climate-Related Automation
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a high school graduate in the United States or Canada
- Must be entering a full-time engineering-related post-secondary program in Fall
- Must be enrolled at a recognized U.S. or Canadian institution
- Previous scholarship winners are not eligible
Application Process
- Complete the official application through the Progressive Automations scholarship page
- Submit a 700-word technical essay describing academic achievements, technical interests, and career goals
- Provide a project proposal related to climate resilience or disaster response using automation or electric linear actuators
- Submit proof of enrollment for the September semester
- Provide a recent personal photo and any optional supporting materials
- Ensure all materials are submitted by June 15th
Our focus centers on Disaster Response & Climate-Related Automation — exploring how linear motion and actuator-based solutions can enhance response effectiveness and operational safety amid increasing environmental threats. We encourage engineering students to apply with innovative, technically sound concepts aimed at addressing urgent climate-related and emergency challenges.
