The scholarship has three goals according to Dr. Sallstrom: “(1) to express appreciation to our parents, teachers and citizens of Quincy who gave us an excellent education; (2) to honor and remember all our classmates for their many contributions to society; (3) to encourage the youth of today and tomorrow to make the most of their lives through education and service to others.”

- Submit the completed application and supporting materials by the designated deadline.
