The Helen Keating Ott Fund is for a deserving student from Richland County who has been accepted for admission to a graduate school of library or information science, and expects to earn a graduate degree in library or information science within five years of the date of admission to graduate school. Continuing education students must have a minimum GPA of a 2.0, and graduate students must have a minimum 2.7 GPA.
