Reading Community Singers is a community chorus dedicated to sharing the love of music with people of all ages. As part of this commitment we support the advancement of music education by providing a scholarship to a student pursuing a career in music. The application process is open to any graduating high school senior or full time undergraduate student pursuing a major or minor in music. Applicants must reside in Reading or a town in the surrounding area. Finalists will perform a 10-15 minute audition in February. The winner of the RCS scholarship must perform at the RCS Spring Concert and at the dress rehearsal in order to receive the scholarship. There will be no exception to this requirement.
