The Readington Home School Association (HSA) is offering scholarships to Readington School District students who are pursuing secondary education. Applicants must a high school senior or currently be attending an undergraduate program, leading to an associate's degree or bachelor's degree, or pursuing a certified vocational, technical, or trade certificate and must have been a student in the Readington Township Schools for not less than two years. The student must have a permanent residence in Readington Township. Previous scholarship award winners are not eligible to apply. Applicants are required to compose a one-page essay explaining, in their own words, why they should be rewarded with a scholarship from the Readington H.S.A
Guidelines for the application include that applicants have satisfactory grades. Applicants attending a four-year college must have completed a minimum of one year before applying. Applicants attending a two-year college, vocational, technical, or trade school must have completed a minimum of one semester before applying. The total number of recipients and the maximum dollar amounts will vary.
