The Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Scholars Scholarship Program, administered by the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga, offers promising students in our 19-county/four-state RMHC service area the opportunity to pursue higher education. This one-year scholarship is available for use at any regionally accredited, non-proprietary, technical, community, or four-year college/university.
Scholarship Details
- One-year scholarship
- Applicable to regionally accredited colleges/universities
- Amounts may vary, with most scholarships at $2,000 for the academic year
Eligibility Criteria
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- High school senior under 21 years old
- Minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA
- Demonstrated financial need with an EFC (Expected Family Contribution) of $25,000 or less
- Plan to attend a regionally accredited college/university with a full course of study in the coming fall
