The mission of the Oak Park-River Forest Community Foundation is to unite community members to mobilize resources to advance a racially just society and equitable outcomes for residents of Oak Park, River Forest and surrounding communities. The Oak Park-River Forest Community Foundation offers a variety of scholarships.
The Oak Park-River Forest Rotary club was founded in 1919 and is dedicated to the Rotary mission of "Service Above Self." The Rotary Club of Oak Park - River Forest is a member of Rotary International, one of the first humanitarian organizations, and is a part of over 34,000 Rotary Clubs in more than 200 counties and geographical areas with 1.2 million members worldwide. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors who are residents of Oak Park or River Forest and are active in community service.
