Eligibility Requirements
- Applicant must be a Massachusetts resident.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be graduating from a Massachusetts state-accredited high school in Spring or Winter.
- Accepted into an accredited:
- Four-year bachelor’s degree program
- Two-year associate’s degree program
- Professional or trade certification program
- Demonstrated financial need
- Exhibited perseverance and integrity in overcoming obstacles and adversity
