Through the incredible generosity of the Estate of Gail & Dick Jauron, a $10,000 scholarship has been committed for the coming academic year, allowing us to support multiple recipients each year who are pursuing and advancing careers in the special needs field.
Scholarship Details
- Total annual funding of $10,000 distributed among multiple recipients
- Funds may be used for tuition, books, certification, licensure fees, and other educational expenses
- Open to both students and professionals pursuing further education or credentials
- Applications are submitted online via the foundation’s website
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a resident of Essex, Middlesex, or Suffolk County in Massachusetts
- Must be enrolled in or accepted to a college, university, or certification/licensure program
- Must be pursuing a field related to supporting individuals with autism or disabilities
- Eligible fields include special education, ABA, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychology, social work, disability studies, assistive technology, and related areas
- Must be enrolled for the upcoming academic year
