Teachers of Accounting at Two Year Colleges (TACTYC) is pleased to announce several scholarships for students majoring in Accounting. Two types of awards are offered - for two year college students transferring to a four-year college, and for two year college students continuing at a two year college. For either award, applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, completed at least 20 college semester credit hours, and compose a business letter or essay on the topic of the organization's choice.
Teachers of Accounting at Two Year Colleges was founded in 1974 by a group of innovative educators from the New York area. Since its creation, TACTYC’s primary objective has been and continues to be the advancement of accounting education. Throughout their generosity, Teachers of Accounting at Two Year Colleges offers financial aid to interested students. Applications for the scholarship run from December until the due date.
