Scholarship Details
- Two scholarships of $10,000 each will be awarded
- Supports students pursuing education or training for careers in the skilled trades
- Eligible career paths include welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and other trades associated with Boilermakers
- Recipients should plan to attend a technical college or training program
- The scholarship is presented in partnership with the JRO Foundation
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a graduating high school senior
- Must be a full-time resident of New Jersey
- Must plan to attend a technical college or training program
- Must intend to pursue a skilled trade associated with the Boilermaker profession
Application Process
- Complete the JRO Foundation Scholarship Application.
- Provide the requested reference contact information.
- Prepare a personal statement explaining your background, goals, interest in the skilled trades, or other information relevant to your application.
- Submit the personal statement in an accepted format, which may include a written statement, video, voice recording, or another permitted format.
- Submit the completed application and required materials according to the scholarship provider's instructions.
