The Vertex Foundation Scholarship helps people with cystic fibrosis (CF) and their families (siblings, caregivers and children) pursue two-year, three-year, four-year or graduate degrees by offsetting some of the cost of attending college or graduate school. The scholarship is open to all legal residents of the U.S. or Canada who are full-time or part-time students in good academic standing at an accredited institution. Applicants must have been diagnosed with CF or be an immediate family member of someone diagnosed with CF. All selected recipients will receive an award of $5,000. Applications open by the middle of January.
