The Walt Disney UNCF Scholars Program is providing both scholarships and internships to high-achieving college students across the country. This program offers career readiness tools to assist students in achieving their goals in the entertainment industry through experiential learning, internship and mentorship with The Walt Disney Company.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must identify as African American
- Must be a full-time college junior enrolled at a four-year accredited institution
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career with The Walt Disney Company or within the entertainment industry
Application Process
- Complete the official online application through UNCF’s scholarship portal
- Submit a 500-word essay outlining your career goals in the entertainment industry and how participation in the program supports those goals
- Provide transcripts and any additional documentation required by UNCF
- Selected students may be invited to participate in interviews or additional assessments
- Recipients will be notified of scholarship awards and internship placement opportunities
- After graduation, program alumni may be considered for early career roles with The Walt Disney Company
