  3. If selected as a recipient, enroll at Rutgers University to claim the award
  4. Follow all guidance from the scholarship committee to renew the award each year

The Theodore J. and F. Elizabeth Kirsch Southern California Scholarship is an institutional scholarship offered to first-year students at Rutgers University; therefore, so long as eligible students have a FAFSA on file, they will automatically be considered for receipt.
