Eligibility Criteria
- Graduating high school senior
- Admitted to Rutgers University
- Reside in and attend public high schools in San Jose, San Mateo, or Palm Desert, California
- FAFSA on file by January 15th
Application Process
- Apply and be admitted to Rutgers University
- Complete your FAFSA by January 15th
- If selected as a recipient, enroll at Rutgers University to claim the award
- Follow all guidance from the scholarship committee to renew the award each year
The Theodore J. and F. Elizabeth Kirsch Southern California Scholarship is an institutional scholarship offered to first-year students at Rutgers University; therefore, so long as eligible students have a FAFSA on file, they will automatically be considered for receipt.
