The Thomas D. Urmston scholarship was established to provide scholarships to female students who are graduating high school seniors attending Harrison County High School who demonstrate significant financial need and have a cumulative GPA 2.5 or higher. This provides an award that is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study.
