CREW Richmond is the local chapter of CREW, or Commercial Real Estate Women, a professional association for women in the real estate profession . This scholarship was established in honor of Kathy Ivins, a Senior Vice President at Thalhimer Real Estate. Kathy was one of the area's first female brokers working in commercial real estate and served as President of the local CREW chapter. She passed away in 2010 after a brave battle with cancer. The scholarship is to help a young woman realize her goals in the field of commercial real estate.

Eligibility Criteria
