Awarding and supporting educational advancement, the Scholarship Awards Program is a benefit offered to member company employees and their dependents. It is also open to California high school seniors or college students majoring in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Eligibility
- UCON member affiliate (employee, spouse, registered domestic partner, or dependent)
- California high school seniors or college students (with no relation to UCON) who major in construction management or civil engineering
- 3.0 minimum GPA

- Personal statement
- Description of financial need
- Answers to 2 essay questions
- Letter of recommendation
