The Penelope W. and E. Roe Stamps Scholarship is awarded to incoming U-M students that demonstrate exceptional talent, leadership qualities, academic achievement, and a commitment to their community. Each year, the College of LSA nominates a select number of incoming LSA students to receive this award from the pool of Four-Year Renewable Scholarship applicants. Stamps Scholars receive a renewable scholarship for four consecutive years of undergraduate study and the amounts can go up to the full cost of attendance.
Each year, the LSA Scholarships Office awards scholarships to incoming LSA students. These awards are made based on a student's scholarship application, their undergraduate admissions application, and their financial need, as demonstrated by their FAFSA and CSS profile. To maintain their scholarship, a student must: maintain a 3.0 GPA; and attend attend any special events where their scholarship donor will also be in attendance.
