Washington State University offers the Western Undergraduate Exchange and Cougar Awards to incoming/transfer, out-of-state students. The WUE/Cougar Award requires a 3.0-3.60 GPA, while the WUE/Distinguished Cougar Award requires at least a 3.7 GPA. Both awards require applicants to be US citizens or permanent residents. Both scholarships are also renewable for three additional years. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents.
