Since opening our doors in 1997, WestLand has grown from a handful of employees to a diverse group of over 250 professionals offering a wide range of experience and skills. We foster a family environment where employees are valued and respected. Qualified scientists, water and wastewater engineers, archaeologists, biologists, environmental planners, permitting specialists, landscape architects, and construction inspection staff are part of the WestLand team.
Scholarship Details
- The recipient(s) of this scholarship will receive funds to support their education.
- Opportunity to make lasting connections with industry-leading professionals in the western United States.
- Recipient(s) will be invited to visit one of WestLand’s offices across the western United States.
- Meet with the WestLand Department Director or Discipline Service Lead relevant to the recipient’s field of study and career path.
- Up to five scholarships of at least $2,000 each will be awarded.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to the next generation of scientists, engineers, archaeologists, landscape architects, and geospatial analysts.
Application Process
- Applications will be reviewed by a select group of WestLand staff.
- The review committee represents the broad range of services offered by WestLand.
- Scholarships for award will be nominated by this group.
- Recipients will be notified within 15 days of the close of the application window.
