Western Illinois University offers the Chad Stovall Memorial Scholarship to incoming freshmen who have been diagnosed with diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, or Attention Deficit Disorder. Eligible applicants must be enrolled full-time and remain in good academic standing. Financial need will be considered. This award is renewable, and the dollar amount will vary. Other than the aforementioned criteria, this scholarship doesn't have many restrictions.
