Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a resident of the Birch Run, Bridgeport-Spaulding, Frankenmuth, Millington, Reese, or Vassar school districts.
- Must have completed at least 45 semester hours at an accredited college or university.
- Must be currently enrolled part- or full-time in an accredited university or college.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
