Scholarship Details
- Multiple scholarships of $4,000 are awarded
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and provide proof of their GPA
- Applicants must live in Mahoning, Trumbull, or Columbiana County in Ohio, or Mercer or Lawrence County in Pennsylvania
- Applicants must be entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year of college
- Applicants must major in or study journalism, broadcasting, public relations, communications, marketing, advertising, or another related field
Application Process
- Prepare at least two writing or broadcast samples
- Gather proof of your GPA
- Prepare an optional written summary of your qualifications
- Obtain up to two letters of recommendation if desired
- Email the completed application and all attachments to the Youngstown Press Club
