Brawerman Fellowship Award
Award Amount: $40,000
Deadline: February 14, 2022
Scholarship Description: The Brawerman Leadership Institute of The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles is proud to announce that annual college scholarships are available to a select group of outstanding high school seniors from Los Angeles County (a residence of at least three years) who will be attending a four-year accredited college beginning in the Fall.

Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Award
Award Amount: $36,000
Deadline: January 7, 2022
Scholarship Description: The Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards honor Jewish teens who demonstrate remarkable leadership and engagement in community service projects that embody the values of tikkun olam – “repairing the world.” Up to 15 recipients will be awarded $36,000 each to further their project or for their education.

Helen B. Lewis E. Goldstein Scholarship
Award Amount: $10,000
Deadline: March 31, 2022
Scholarship Description: The Helen B. and Lewis E. Goldstein Scholarship is for Jewish high school seniors or graduates who are planning to enroll or already enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university. Preference will be given to someone enrolled in a professional school such as a law school, business, or library/information science. Preference will also be given to a student who is an immigrant.

Dallas Jewish Community Foundation and Southwest Community Foundation Scholarships
Award Amount: $5,400
Deadline: February 11, 2022
Scholarship Description: There are 37 different funds from the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation and the Southwest Community Foundation that can award more than 50 scholarships in the coming year.

Jewish Community Foundation Scholarships
Award Amount: $3,000
Deadline: April 15, 2022
Scholarship Description: The Jewish Community Foundation offers need-based financial assistance to Jewish students for college and graduate school education, including tuition, fees, room and board. Applicants must be accepted or currently enrolled at an accredited institution of higher learning in the United States, current residents of the Greater Hartford area, and U.S. citizens.

Morris J. and Betty Kaplun Foundation Essay Contest
Award Amount: $1,800
Deadline: March 13, 2022
Scholarship Description: The Morris J. and Betty Kaplun Foundation seeks to encourage young people to treasure our Jewish heritage, reflect on our Jewish values, and better understand our contribution to civilization and culture. To this effort, the Foundation sponsors an annual essay contest open to high school students.
