Scholarship Description

The KPMG Future Leaders Program is a charitable initiative designed to increase the diversity pipeline of women in business and STEM fields. Funded by the proceeds from the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit, the KPMG Future Leaders Program annually awards 22 deserving female high school seniors the opportunity to enhance their personal growth throughout their college experience with annual scholarships, ongoing development and support, mentorship and an introduction to golf.

Scholarship Details

  • $10,000 annual scholarship, renewable for up to four years
  • Participation in the KPMG Future Leaders Retreat focusing on leadership, college transition, and career development
  • Paired with an executive woman mentor for one year
  • Opportunity to learn golf as part of personal development

Eligibility Criteria

  • Female high school senior
  • Planning to enroll in a four-year college for Fall
  • Demonstrated financial need
  • U.S. citizen or permanent residens
  • Academic excellence with a minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Interest in a business or STEM academic track
  • Letter of recommendation from a nonprofit or community organization

Application Process

  1. Complete the KPMG Future Leaders Program application
  2. Submit proof of U.S. citizenship or residency status
  3. Provide transcripts showing a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA
  4. Include a letter of recommendation from a nonprofit or community organization

The KPMG Future Leaders Program is an extraordinary opportunity for young women with leadership potential and an interest in business or STEM. Since the program's inception in 2016, more than $5.3 million in scholarships have been awarded to 166 KPMG Future Leaders.
